Catacurian: Adventures in Catalán cuisine

Of course all of you know that some of us Kissers traveled to Spain in September and enjoyed an extraordinary cooking school experience there. I had promised to blog about it, and you will be pleased to know that all six days of our adventures have finally been updated at http://shawncita.wordpress.com - You can read all about our adventures with roasted sardines and salt cod tripe, learning you can clean mussels with a potato peeler, and getting up close and personal with our still-writhing dinner. If you'd prefer to visit the specific posts in order (instead of most-recent post first), I've listed their links here for your convenience - ¡Qué disfruten!
For Jessica, Joyce, and Meg: Ladies, please leave comments or email me if I've captured anything incorrectly or missed important stuff! oxox
